I was able to secure a next day appointment with Kevin. He and Matthew arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Explained the process and answered all of our questions. They had to replace an "elbow" joint that was broken, inside the wall. Lots of lint inside of the wall. The dryer was not drying properly prior to the repair. Working great now. We would recommend them!
